This past weekend I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful wedding of an amazing couple, Lauren and Mark,  at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.  It was super fun to work with Mark and Lauren for a lot of reasons…. but also because I had photographed one of Lauren’s brothers wedding last October… so it was fun to see a lot of familiar faces throughout the day. I really love getting to know clients and their families!!

Lauren got her perfect winter wedding… Still snow on the ground…but the sun was out…

One thing I love about Lauren is her smile. It is so contagious and genuine and it is basically permanent.  

I loved that Lauren and Mark had an area to make your own warm beverage. There was a hot chocolate station that had marshmallows, shaved chocolate, and whipped cream, and another area had amazing hot cider! Perfect for a cold winter day. Here are the girls enjoying their drinks and trying to stay warm!

Lauren got her girls purple UGGS as their gift for being a part of their day… So fun!

And the handsome groom! Mark is a huge Miami Dolphins fanatic… and I mean FANATIC! Lauren made him custom cuff links for the wedding with his favorite player. They were pretty awesome! And… he has tattoo sleeves…. my husband’s dream….

Some fun with the rings. I have to say that it was pretty cold outside… even though the sun was shining. Thank goodness the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has a fireplace outside. I had to warm my fingers a lot while we were shooting because I could barely feel my fingers to be able to adjust my settings… but it was totally worth it!Love Lauren’s ring! Great job Mark!!! And….someone told me after the wedding that Mark made his own ring! Pretty impressive!!!

A little DJ action… The DJ for the evening was Jason Canaan. If you are looking for a DJ check him out. He was awesome! And I didn’t add a photo of the flowers specifically in this post, but they were done by Radebaugh Florist. They were gorgeous!
