Emily + John | Married!
August 2, 2010Emily and John have been incredibly patient in waiting for their blog preview. I have been out shooting a ton… before baby comes, and will be finishing up sessions this coming week until after baby! It has been super fun… and I still feel great, but am also excited to take some time to pull our nursery together and finish up some projects around the house… That is, if our baby girl decides to stay in my belly until her due date… We shall see!
Emily and John have been awesome to work with!! Such a sweet couple. We did their engagement session not too long ago in Canton. You can click here to view those photos.

We started photos at Emily’s house in Annapolis where she grew up….and then headed over to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation…. which by the way…is Gorgeous! What a great venue!
Emily and John decided to do first glance… so we did almost all of their photographs beforehand…. such a perfect place to shoot! To see more of the photos of the day you can view the slideshow at the end of the post.

I love this shot… because sometimes a bride and groom are so busy talking to all of their guests (which of course is important!!) that I barely see them together at the reception. Emily and John were definitely able to do both… and I LOVE it!
They wanted to drive away in something a little less traditional…. and so they rented a MINI convertible! What a cute, cute idea! Not that I am biased to MINI’s or anything…. 
(We totally love ours!!)
Congratulations Emily and John! I hope that you had an absolutely amazing honeymoon!!! It was so wonderful to work with you  and your families!

Oh My God! These pictures are amazing. I can’t wait to see the rest of them. What a gorgeous couple and you captured all the love and beauty of the day. As mother of the groom, I think I cried more today than on the 16th. I really got to take in and cherish each special moment.
